Completely new audio tweaks - different methods of audio enhancement.
In keeping with the new spirit of product announcements on the forums, I thought it would be apropos for NFS Audio to make the following proclamation:
I have, after thinking on audio and elemental physiology theory for nearly 30 years... managed to get myself into a situation where I have intentionally created what will likely be a watershed moment in audio reproduction, as applied to the ideas and understandings in audio and biosystems.
I did this..all in the name of better audio! Tunage, dudes!! It's all about the tunage!

I auditioned the Rotel RC1070/RB1070 preamp & power amp running both a pair of Paradigm Reference Studio 100s & a pair of B&W 802 speakers. As a newbie to separates, I was favorably impressed.
Since I might not have the opportunity to audition the NAD 162/272, I would really appreciate your candid comments on how they compare to the Rotels. Thank you!
Do I need a minimum (100+) # of watts?

Hi folks,
In purchasing a high-end integrated amp, do I need to ensure that it has a minimum # of watts, assuming my speakers are fairly sensitive (89db, 6 ohms impedence) even if I listen at fairly low volumes? I've heard that there are sounds that momentarily require high(er) wattage to hear especially at low volumes. Is this true?
Thanks.
