I'm currently running my hifi with some Monster XP wire I bought at Best Buy. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't that expensive either. Things sound fine to me, but I can't help but wonder if I'm missing out on something.
What are people's thoughts on this? I know that the quality of wire can make a difference, but how much are we talking about? I'm all ears.
My system is a Music Hall MMF-5 > Rega Brio > B&W 683s.
Thanks!
Evening people.
While renewing my system (PC) Im poundering to also upgrade my sound systems.
What I have at the moment is an old creative inspire t2900, and a x-fi extreme music.
Now, as I said, im working/trying to upgrade ALL my system. And that includes the speakers.
And, as many others Im sure, my PC space, is not only my workspace but overall my multimedia space, I work, surf, play, watch movies, videos and listen to music on my computer. And i want to take the sound aspects of such to the next level.

Does anyone know of any free CD collection organization software. I am using a program called MVO 2.78 to organize my DVD collection. It grabs information from its host site over the internet and brings up pictures of the movie and stuff. It even has a column for lent movies... SO COOL.
Anyways... Is there any comparable software for organizing music collections?
Can someone explain why somebody would pair the Benchmark DAC-PRE with the Bel Canto USB-Link that's reviewed in the May issue? Doesn't the Benchmark have USB connectivity already built in? Is there any advantage to using the Bel Canto device with it?
