I saw the advertisement for HDtracks on the Stereophile Newsletter. I decided to give it a try so I registered on their website. HDtracks sent me a promotional code for 15% off (whoopee do!) my next purchase. Two days later I went to buy a complete album download for $15.99 and the promontional code DID NOT work. I e-mailed customer service. It took them more than 3 days to respond and they basically told me...sorry pal but that promotional code is expired. They did not send me a new promotional code..GREEDY JERKS! That is a horrible way to treat a customer. I was planning on buying several albums...now they have LOST a loyal customer!
