Are Engineers the Product of Nature or Nurture?

Neither, a new article at EE Times suggests: There might be an engineering gene—and the University of Minnesota has the MRIs to prove it.

Ho ho ho. I was an engineer for some decades after my University of Minnesota undergraduate rat/maze years: '65-'76. The U is a great place to go to learn to document the bleeding obvious :) The gene most influential in my career was Greed. Engineers get paid more than choir teachers. Sad, but, true. And, why hyper-masculine? Why not hypo-feminine? Are we engineers really just dead Butch ;)Any thesis you can get published is a great thesis ...Perhaps the true key is engineering jeans.
