People like Samir Husni are teaching it in J-school (U Mississippi): "[Rolling Stone] is one of the few magazines that stayed true to its original mission and audience from the beginning. Wenner was able to maintain the original flavor and keep the passengers on board while bringing in new ones. RS is unique. There is nothing like it on the same scale." Except for all of those other magazines with unclad celebrities on the cover.

I did an illustration of Samir Husni in January 1990 for Adweek Magazine. At the time, he collected 1st issues of magazines (he may still.)

If that kind of crap was only being dished out at U Mississippi, it would be bad enough, but it's all over the place and it is Constitutionally protected. Society being hoisted on its own petard. Pathetic.One nun asked another as they both viewed a papal appearance," ""Who is that guy with the fancy hat up there next to Jeff?""
