I've been looking at a few pre/processors lately & I'm curious if my NAD T773 can still be put to good use. I currently have an external two channel amp for my front mains & a monoblock for my center. I only need power for the surrounds.
I would think that the T773 can be run that way but I need to know for sure. Has anyone here ever done this? Hopefully it can.
But how mcuh, is it just a lab experiment? i bet PHILIPS has one that's even better faster, bigger, so now all your information can be lost easier, all on one disc!!! Will this be Blu-Ray II...I bet Blu-Ray is already obsoleted by new stuff in teh lab, it's incredible. http://www.prosoundnews.com/publish/news/Pioneer_Announces_16-Layer_Optical_Disc.shtml
This Computer Audio forum is excellent stuff written by technically knowledgeable people. So - now for something completely different!
I have a recent model iMac and to start me on the road to a "music server" system, I want to do something simple. I have:
1. Just the one computer in the house, on the upper/bedroom level (running iTunes);
2. A modest stereo in family room;
3. The main stereo in basement "music room".
Real electrical parmeters, ain't that sumptin'? http://www.record-producer.com/learn.cfm?a=3823
Is it possible to subscribe to the print AND the digital edition? If I were to sign up for the digital edition, would that nullify or affect my print subscription in any way? Furthermore, what format is the digital edition in? I want to be able to read it on multiple computers (work and home), so it has to be in an interchangeable format like a PDF.
Thanks
