CD sales are down, online sales and streaming services are inching forward, and most record labels are in a world of hurt. What do record labels need to do to survive and thrive?
For a street price of $749 this looks great. USB 24/192 with a breakout cable with bal mic in. Santa...are you listening.
Maybe JA can get one for a review? Hint. Hint. Availble in the fall.
Hi Guys,
For several months I've had a Adcom GFP-750 (preamp with HT Bypass) that I've been procrastinating hooking into my existing system. I'm hoping you can help with the best way to wire/connect this into my system.
Its currently shared for music/surround but I wanted to focus on improving 2 channel stereo...thus the reason for the preaamp with bypass.
Existing equipment as follows:
NHT Power 5 amp.
Rotel RSX-1057 receiver (with I'm using at the HT Pre)
NHT Classic 4s.
I would like to improve the dynamics of my system (ML Prodigy, Mccormack DNA-500). If I upgrade the speakers, it would only be to another electrostat (ML CLX or Soundlab). However, I wonder if I should model my system after Mr. Fremer, with huge SS amps, Shunyata power cords, etc.
Is there anything else I can do to improve the dynamics? Thx
