eBay is the best for buying and selling. Audiogon is a close second. I bought my entire system on eBay.

I prefer audiogon. It's a great community with great information and great products. Sometimes, used items can sit for sale for a while, as the audience is very smart and very patient. To sell things quickly, I use eBay, but I have more confidence in buying on audiogon.

How about "don't have a favorite"? I look everywhere.

Audiogon is where I look for equipment. If you are persistent, just about everything appears on audiogon.

Some years ago I bought a pair of used Magnepan 1.5QRs from audioclassics. Excellent customer service, fast delivery, and a good price. Why buy new when you can get used gear in the same condition for much less?

I've really only purchased vinyl but all my experiences have been wonderful. Great place to but some hard to find records in excellent condition.

No comparison here, aAudiogon is the best there is. Easy to browse, all the info you need at a glance, and superb support.

In the past have purchased a Krell FPB-300 and Meridian 508-20 from separate sellers on audioweb. Fortunately I have had no problems or surprises. Typical price is 50% of list for a recent product (three years or less old).

I've bought and sold on both Audiogon and Ebay.

I have both bought and sold here. The dedication to strictly audio makes it quite appealing.

It has everything you could want at a reasonable price

I like to read the classified ads without auction issues at Audiogon. I rarely buy. My favorite B-stock site is DMC-Electronics.com for B-stock PSB. I lost my local PSB dealer. DMC is an authorized dealer with new and B-stock PSB. They are efficient, honest, and have great prices. All else but PSB I buy locally at Sound One, Asheville NC.(Sound One gave up PSB along the way). PSB - great sound for cost.

Much more trust worthy. Most people are audiophiles or dealers.

When I'm buying or selling used equipment, I went to AudioGon with confidence. Most of the people who trade there, are audiophiles with knowledge and take good care of their gear. I find it to be easier to deal with too.

I don't buy online, but I do check what's availaible and I can usually get the dealer to match the best price.
