Interestingly I just came across this and the Julia Holter record you wrote about in your last post on my internet download service. I have been counting down the days until my downloads refresh and I can get some more music. I may start with these two.
I love the spring for great new "indie" releases. I have came across two interesting albums recently on different ends of the spectrum. Adam Arcuragi's Like a Fire That Consumes All Before It, and Mount Carmel's Real Women. I am loving both, especially Adam's album, it is early going but that one has an early spot in my top ten list for this year. The Mount Carmel album is just plain fun. Good ol' southern sounding rock, perfect for this early Spring we're having.
Keep the picks coming. Cheers.
