We each have greater and lesser clouds in our minds. We accept ours and others as just part of being alive. I know my brain was crippled in 1997. I cannot work. I can do occasional errands. Sometimes I fail, but, more often I get groceries, or medicines, or arrive at a Dr.'s office on time and date scheduled. Often I just lay here and listen to music. My childhood pop favorites have not been improved by my "system tuning", but good recordings of competent musicians are gorgeous. I just enjoy what I can, when I can. It is the best I can do. That is all any of us can do. It is very fair. But, truly awful ;)
