Outboard DAC for Sirius Radio plug & play receivers???

Does anyone have any info on using an outboard DAC for Sirius Radio plug & play receivers? The Starmate and Sportster with home dock don't offer coax or optical digital out jacks unfortunately. Only analog 1/8 stereo jack to Stereo RCA. I guess I'm addressing the tweakers/modders out there for a way to bypass the internal DAC or add a digital out somehow. Am I being foolish? Should I just suck it up, buy a third subscription, and a stand alone Sirius tuner with digital outs? Let me know...!!! Thanks!

Seeking advice for a matching amp

I've been Dynaudio Contour 1.3 MKII speakers and a Luxman L-430 integrated amp. Anyway, I have decided to retire the amp and am looking for a good replacement.

Originally i was looking at a DIY KT-88 based PP amp, but I just don't think it will drive these speakers well enough - especially at the bottom end. I also read on a furum somewhere that Dynaudio themselves recommend and use solid state for their in factory tuning and development.

I may have found the solution to Jeff Wong's and my return-leg headwind problem. Of course, the <A HREF="http://www.personalpropulsion.com/"&gt; Pacific Wind</A> ThrustPac is noisy and would make us look (more) like dorks, but a personal jet pack that would give us speeds of 25&ndash;35mph and it a range of 150mpg might be worth it. Pacific Wind’s website is pretty crappy, but the ThrustPac seems to utilize a 35cc engine.

But what if the WIFE makes more money then the husband, who submits to whom? This submission nonsense is like , really about 12th century, don't ya think? Oh taliban, oh taliban. They are very religious in IRAQ, it works out well don't ya think? time to get the John Lennon album IMAGINE. It is good therapy for the zealots and submissives.
