Audioengine

While there was nothing new to report on in the Audioengine room, at least nothing I could tell you and let you live, it’s always worth reporting on the inexpensive and even better than good-sounding-for-the-money Audioengine speakers. Our daughters each have a pair of the Audioengine 2.0s ($199/pair) for use with their iDevices and even they brag about the sound quality.

I don't know if you guys saw the Napa Accoustics room or not but if you did I think those things deserve a post. They blew me away I think that they sounded much better then the Audio Engines and the combo price for both the amp and the speakers was around $600. That was a really impressive room to me at least. I'd love to hear your thoughts on these.

Hi Gatepc,

I'm trying to be methodical in my coverage so as not to miss anyone - yesterday I started on floor 5, always went left off the elevator and I made it to floor 4. Today I intend to get to floors 3 and 2 and possibly more so Napa Acoustics is on today's to-do list.

Thanks I look forward to it! I could only spend a day there so I didn't spend much time at each booth. Thats why I want to see what you guys think.
