Grado RS2 Gets Scripted In TV Show...

So I'm watching "Covert Affairs" (pilot show on USA Network) and I see a character (CIA operative) sporting a pair of Grado wood bodies. Cool, I think.

But then the lead (Piper Perabo) asks him what the phones are for and HE SAYS OUT LOUD! "Oh, Grado RS2's. Great for monitoring operations...and listening to Mingus when I'm supposed to be working."

How often does hi fi AND jazz get a plug on a tv show???

Need advice on a phono stage

Forums

Can anyone familiar with the Cambridge Audio Azur 640P phonostage let me know if this unit is good enough for a newcomer to vinyl? I am just getting into vinyl and don't want to spend much on a phono stage in case I don't care for it. On the other hand I need to get a unit good enough to let me hear the wonders of vinyl to see if this is for me.
I don't want to spend more than $200.

Jenny Scheinman's got it going on

Jenny Scheinman's got it going on

I’ve been following Jenny Scheinman for a few years now: her frequent Tuesday night sets at Barbes, a small Brooklyn bar and sometimes-jazzclub not far from my house; her side gigs with the likes of Bill Frisell, Jason Moran, and Ben Allison at various clubs in Manhattan; her wry CDs, most notably 12 Songs.

Want sub-forum for buying / selling used gear (marketplace)

Why isn't there a sub-forum here via which one can buy/sell used gear? Is there a discussion thread/post on this issue? Most of the other forums I post on (diyaudio.com, head-fi.org, etc.) all, in fact, have marketplace sub-forums, so I'm a bit surprised Stereophile.com does not.
Is it too late (or too "inappropriate") to vote for the creation of such a sub forum?

August issue unprintable *again*

Stephen, I complained about the July issue not printable last month and you responded that it was a "technical problem" and will be fixed.

I never received a "fixed" version of the July issue.

Worst yet is the august issue is also un-printable.

Please kindly rectify, your magazine is not very usable as it is.

BTW, when HFN first started with Zinio, they also had the same problem. What they actually did was sent me 2 printed issues all the way from the UK, and extended my subscription for free.
