Watched these last night. I had no real knowledge or exposure to either symphony, except hearing snippets of 3 occasionally.

This was a strange night for me, i really really enjoyed 2 the flow of music was fasicinating and the second movement paticularly with all the volin play was superb.

Baptiste Trotignon is a young French piano who is presently poised on the edge of a major breakthrough as "the next big thing" in jazz and is talented and creative enough to be worthy of the title. Trotignon latest release "Suite" could well be the jazz album of the year.

After having:

1) changed speaker cables
2) changed speakers
3) angled my speakers carefully, both horisontally and vertically
4) placed heavy weights on top of speakers
5) added Nano-Pads under my speakers
6) added Nano-Pads under my CDP
7) changed interconnects between CDP and AMP
8) added great power cable to my CDP and AMP
9) burned cables and speakers somewhat in
10) filed the tip off my cantilever
11) added DIY bass traps and absorption to the corners/walls

I think Vai looks like a huge choad with his gilded locks flapping in the breeze of the fan, and his playing lacks the emotion of FZ.

My girlfriend of 3 months just gave me the ultimatum..Spend more money on her OR keep spending money on audio equipment minus her.

I felt that was totally unfair. I told her to move on..

Anybody ever done this or been in a similar situation?

Since this hasn't been addressed in a long time I thought a new thread would be appropriate

How do these things work? Have there been any tests?

Maybe we could get Ted D to do a group tour.
I would love to give these a try.
These group tours happen a lot at AC.
The bowls could go state to state and safely return to Ted and we could all post impressions.
