John DeVore was using the Well-Tempered Versalex turntable and arm ($4400), a redesign of Bill Firebaugh's classic design.

That golf ball which is now available in black always makes me chuckle.  Still if they are as good as the original WT tables then who cares what Firebaugh uses.
