But like almost everyone on Earth I don't live within a thousand miles of NYC. I already own the excellent Heritage Special *and* just purchased my probable end-game speakers, the Dynaudio Confidence 60 - they are literally twice as good as the Confidence 30 that KR reviewed (and twice the price). I will be going to listen to the Heritage Classic when my dealer gets a pair.

To *my* ears, the Esotar 3 is the finest tweeter I've ever heard. I have yet to hear the Vivid tweeter though, which is nearly immune to power compression. The KEF Meta tweeter is also very very good, the prior generation Uni-Q tweeter was almost unlistenable for me so good on 'em for recognizing and fixing their weak spot.
