I'm new to the home theatre area. I'm currently looking for a good A/V reciever for my 290 square foot living room. A guy at a home audio store showed me a Denon AVR 486S and he said it should do the job. I want something that I will be able to grow into and not be outdated and obsolite in minute I leave the show room. Thanks for any help.
Have you ever tried a tubed component in your system?

Back in the day, tubes were the only choice. Today, some audiophiles still consider them the only choice. Have you ever tried a tubed component in your system?
I have a Russco Studio Pro Model B turntable That I cleaned up and repainted. it is practically like new. I cannot find any info. on the tonearm that was with it. I have a picture of it in a different post. My question is: how do I know where to mount the tonearm if I don't even know what it is and I have no template? Forgive my ignorance, but I am just starting to get into vinyl. Thank you!
