Hi-Fi-Power Cords

Hi Scooter,

Power cords

>"I actually know what it takes to manufacture what I design. Which means that I had 2 courses in Electrical Engineering, just enough to have a basic understanding of electronics. "<

Basic understanding is far to shy to know that
in producing a 'power-cord' that makes adiffence
is more technical, but possible.

I do heartidly agree that the pricing is rediculous, though!

$100K TT obsolete analog of this idea

Looks like the next step is super duper Super DSD SACD. Yeah, let's keep spinning LP's on grossly overpriced TT's.....how can anyone with any logic think a piece of spiing vinyl is producing more accurate higher fidelity reproduction, ya gotta be daft man, daft. With each play ya grinding off information, that's higher fidelity. daft Hope these guys and others keep pusing DSD, what's beyond DSD DSD II?

LP player with DIGITAL out?

Now come on, which is it? The purists are gonna be so confused. How can you have this thing gonna be raved by the ears that know(sell those continums) but it outputs digital ...BUT on 24B 96kHz...come on My $300 Philips 936 upsamples to like 192kHz. AND plays SACD besides CD. Which sounds better this TT or an Audi RS6?(Audi is LESS $$$$$$) What kind of wall outlet is gonna make this sound better, you know a reviewer is gonna say, I added some voodoo MK(( cobra Skinned cables and it just set the pace and blah blah blah right where it belongs.

Where's the sound???

Okay, people, I'm a newcomer to the rich sound of turntable music. I plugged my PST-22 Sony into my receiver (using the aux.inputs[prong type]),and I can hear the music, but just barely (I have to turn it up to 90% volume to hear it). The sound is there--it's not just hissing that I'm hearing. So what's the problem? Is it the needle? The cord/prongs? I know this is a "novice question", but I would appreciate anyone's wisdom on this matter. Thanks!
