#CD's sometimes don't equal #CD cases

I've just spent the last few hours organizing the basement. I'de rather be sorting socks! Between the two cars, the basement system, and the various other disc players (we have'nt quite grasped the MP3 format) in our computers and the bedroom system, I'm still searching for lost discs/cases. Now, if I could only find my glasses as well.......

vinyl at Frys Electronics store

Low and behold, I was in my local Frys Electronics store today and they had a rack of vinyl in the movie/music area of the store. Some were 180 gram vinyl. Bob Dylan, Eagles, Beatles, Metallica, Pink Floyd (Dark Side of the Moon), and some others. The prices were good also. $20 for some. For those of you that aren't aware of Frys, it is a giant electronics store the size of a Walmart. They sell all kinds of computer stuff, movies, music, tvs, and audio gear.

Gongasufi: A Sufi And A Killer

Gongasufi: A Sufi And A Killer

I’ve also been digging the debut LP from Gongasufi, A Sufi And A Killer, on Wa… Records. You listen to the first track and you’re like, “Hmm?” Listen to the second track and you’re like, “Oh.” Listen to the third track and you’re like, “What the hell is this?” Listen to the fourth track and you’re in love, you’re on your way to the record store even though you swore off buying records for a month, or at least until the next payday, but whatever, you have to have this record now. Now.
