I recently bought a Goldring GR2 turntable. The turntable sounds great in my system, but I have one concern....the tonearm will (slowly) drift back to the armrest when I lift it up from the lp. I've read and reread the setup instructions and I've set up and re-set up the arm, but the "problem?" still persists. Am I doing something wrong? (this was/is my first thought). The arm is an RB250 which, I assume, has been reworked by Goldring somehow. Any tips/hints/advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Thankfully, there are still some who embrace new technology, regardless of how far it strays from tradition.
The Apple Airport Express making to the "best products" list is a true tribute to open minded thinking.
We have evolved the internet, engineered cruise missles and put a man on the moon. I may be wrong here, but I think we just might be able to lick the "noisey cooling fan" issue. The industry just needs a reason to do it.
