Hi, I'm new to these forums and just getting back into having a 2 channel highend system. Can anyone tell me what the physical differences are between analog and digital interconnects.

Also, are there interconnects that are specific to turntables due to their physical construction?

I recently won a pair of B&W leisure monitors (small computer-type speakers) which I am thinking of using for a small, budget office setup, as opposed to my high-end setup. I would use this to play mp3's, maybe use with a squeezebox, etc. Question: can anyone recommend the appropriate budget "office" amp for such a rig? Many people must have similar, lower end setups in their offices and I'd enjoy hearing about the sort of solutions which give the most quality for price in such a space.

I had no idea at all. The first one, recommended to me by my primary care physician, wouldn't accept my insurance, but would be happy to give me a discounted rate of $40 for the first two sessions. Afterwards, we'd have to discuss and determine an amount that would be fair. Besides this small inconvenience, she would be away for the entire month of April. While she'd be willing to see me for at least one session before flying off to South America — "How does that sound to you?" — I'd be left alone immediately after.
