A couple of days ago,i received a brand new Koetsu Urushi "sky blue".For those of you who wonder what is that,it's a very limited edition Urushi and as the name suggest,it is blue colored.Today,i found the time to install it and although now,as i write this,has less than 2 hours playing time,i can't help myself from smiling.My trusty VanDenHul "black beauty" went back in her box and believe me,it will stay there !

I don't know if this is true all over the country or just in Northern New Jersey but Costco is selling the Phil Spector 4-CD "Back to Mono" box for $14.69! All the hits, the complete Christmas album, and of course the sublime "River Deep, Mountain High."

Here's a novel idea: the main reason CD sales are down and the music industry is tanking has nothing to do with the illegal downloading or copying of CDs but rather with the fundamental law of capitalism, you know, that one about supply and demand.

In a nutshell, the prices of CDs are just too damn high!!! It's as simple as that and no amount of DRM is going to save their greedy little butts.

When we built the forum, we decided against requiring participants to become registered users. We wanted the forum to be open to anyone, and we hoped that this freedom wouldn't be abused.

Lately, anonymous posts have become more frequent. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but when a participant hides behind anonymity, the spirit of open, honest, intelligent discussion, debate, and sharing of enthusiasm is damaged, if not completely broken. We don't want that. In addition, spam has become a bigger problem. We're looking at ways of alleviating it.
