Need help cassette to CD conversion

Hi

I am new to this forum. I have a few casettes that I'd like to put onto CD's. WHat is the easiest way to do this and more importantly is there anyone out there who would do this for me for a fee? I am almost 60 and my stereo skills are from 25 years ago so I would prefer to not have to learn how to burn a CD at this time.

Thanks so much,
Charlie

The Condor's Head

Ferdinand Mount's new novel features the Marquis de Condorcet, Thomas Jefferson, the Duke and Duchess de la Rochefoucauld, Jefferson's secretary William Short, Sally Hemings, Lafayette, and Robespierre—seldom, according to Adam Thorpe, to their credit.

How do you deal with summer heat?

Like many of you, I have a listening room that is quite small. It also, unfortunately, is in a part of the house that gets quite hot in the summer (I'm in Philadelphia, which can definitely get well into the 90s during the summer-- that's high 30s for you metric folks). My wife, in an act of mercy, got me an air conditioner for the room (at least as far as audio goes, I'm all solid state, but have two tube guitar amps in the room that can also generate a lot of heat).
