What a great music video of remarkable jazz players, including my fav, Michel Camilo. The audio is just as excellent as the player. A steal off Deep Discount. To listen to Michel is wonderful, but to watch his hands move at the speed of light is amazing.

This one will get many playings and viewings. Wonderful 2.0 off my Triangle Cometes. English subtitles, but who cares when the music is this great.

Withholding increase???

Anyone hear anything about this scheme? I hadn't. The government is not increasing taxes here, just taking more in withholding, for ALL income levels.

The feds are taking more money every payday and no one knows anything about it...

J. Gordon Holt's 'Seeing Red" in Stereophile's As We See It

J. Gordon Holt's recent article focuses primarily on the inexactitude of spindle holes and chassis cover screws and such. I would like to focus briefly on his paragraph concerning digital playback and the presumption of its perfectness.

I don't care whether you like digital sound or not. That's your business. But don't try and tell me you can hear all those little bits or samples or error corrections until it has been proven to me that those things are actually audible, and that the imperfections we hear are not

Apple TV for audio?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone here is using Apple TV to stream lossless audio to you stereo system? My main question is how does the analog outputs sound on the thing? I have an Emotiva RSP-2 preamp that has only analog inputs. Also wondering how the 720p video output might look on my 58 plasma? any input would be great! This would not be used to replace my cd player or Blue Ray, just to compliment them. I just want to make sure the analog outs aren't terribly noisy, or to shrill sounding. Thanks.

Roy Hall has been Creek Audio's US importer for more than 20 years. Did you know that all Creek gear is now made in China? Just like Cambridge Audio, Quad, and many B&W models. Just like some US speaker brands, for which virtually all parts are made in China but are assembled, it's claimed, in the US. Three cheers for brands like LFD, Rega, Sugden, and Harbeth—all still made in the UK. For French marques made in France. For Italian products produced in Italy. Etc.
