Tiny Disturbance

Forums

DUP/GEORGE/Carl Engebretsen, banned user of this forum, recently slipped through the cracks under a different user name ("bobz" from Saigon, occupation: "victim"), offering his usual boring garbage. He got five posts in -- dammit! -- before we realized what was going on, but we've now banned him and deleted the phony account.

Can you please STOP the $&* pop-up?!

I subscribe to stereophile, have done for years. I don't need this fu*king pop-up every goddamn time I come to the site, every goddamn time I look at a review.

It's annoying as hell, and it's cheap and intrusive. I don't think you're going to convince too many to subscribe by shoving that stupid great ad in their faces.

So please stop it.

Catch and release.

A buddy talked me into a fly fishing trip where we don't get to eat what we catch. Just kiss'em and release 'em.

I'll go for the good fellowship, I guess.

I told him I'll never go hunting with his gang....shoot and release seems too cruel.

There's no fighting the Tea Party now, they have Satan on their side...

Christine O'Donnell:

"I dabbled into witchcraft. I never joined a coven," she said. " ... I hung around people who were doing these things. I'm not making this stuff up. I know what they told me they do," she said.

"... One of my first dates with a witch was on a satanic altar, and I didn't know it. I mean, there's little blood there and stuff like that," she said. "We went to a movie and then had a little midnight picnic on a satanic altar."

I wonder if Nancy Pelosi was her sponsor.

Time for some serious back-pedalling, Christine.

Which tune was he playing?
