Hello, can anyone help me understand what I need to look for when trying to match a center speaker with my existing L/R speakers. I am totally in the dark on this subject. I would go to one the stores in my area but all they ever want to do is sell you something you don't need.
These two JVC speakers sound great and I see no reason yet to get rid of them.
Here are the specs for my two existing speakers per the Service Manual:
I'm going with 26 - 17.

The first (non-human) animal to be seen in an ad: Elephant.
The first soda ad will be for a version of whichever soda WITHOUT sugar.
The first beer ad will be for a non-light/lite beer.
There will be no hard-on medicine commercials.
There will be a cholesterol medicine commercial.
Prince will not sing "When the Doves Cry."
He will sing "Let's Go Crazy."
He will not do the "male check dance."
Sheila E will be there.
So will Larry Graham.
Anyone have any experience with or opinions about the sonic value and workmanship of electronic parts modifications offered by Reference Audio Mods for CD/SACD players. They apparently "upgrade" the quality of parts in the power supply, the analog output stage, wiring and replace the stock clock with a superclock. I own a Marantz SA-11S1. Thanks
I plan to buy "Grace" on JA's recommendation. He refers only to the original 1994 version. Should I spring the money for the remastered version? (The original 1994 version is cheap.) Not all remastered recordings sound better, just different. How does this one rate?
