I just read the Wes Phillips review of the Slim Devices Transporter. Unless I missed something or misread the article, there was no review of it as a digital transport feeding an external DAC. Specifically, I am curious as to how the Tranporter's digital outputs compare with the SB3, and it seems this would have been an ideal opportunity to have done so with the Musical Fidelity X-DACv3. Was such a comparison performed?

Many years ago, "despite" being fresh out of college, I landed what at the time was for me my dream job --- being a salesman at the one hifi shop that had long held wonder.
