dup, the article's about remastering LP's. I don't know of any "LP" that played at 78 R.P.M. That's why they called them "LP's", you know? Long play = LP! Not 78!
Of course, bothering to get the facts straight has never stopped you has it,dup? just make it up as you go along. Hey! Actually Pasta is made from grain, and so are Tacos, both have tomatos with them....maybe you don't understand that the basis for most things are very similar, the packaging might be different. Put both in a blender, and see how different they ain't! The aarticle made mention that you DON'T want teh orriginal rrecords....that was the point I was trying to make, which I messed up. The point being 78's are obsolete, no fidelity, even these dudes say old rrecords sound like crap, which is why they get the original tapes and redo the records...into modern hi fidelity. So how many 78's do you listen too? The difference between PLAYABLE and LISTENABLE are 2 distinct issues. Like a 5" clock radio speaker is playable, but unlistenable. But then maybe listening to 78's on that system doesn't allow you to realize what crap 78's are.....21st century, try joining the 20th at least!!! Now go take the Taco/Pasta challenge!!!!
