What does it do?
There was a lot of talk about that on HA if you hadn't seen that already. (Although note that I have my own dog in this hunt.)
It's good, and it's good that the organization is trying to drum up some activity around this whole thing, but the whole affair of dynamic range measurement is profoundly messy and flawed, including my own meter, and especially Pleasurize's. At the very least, the DR numbers should have an implicit error bar of at least +-1, and the meaning of the numbers themselves must be carefully interpreted (otherwise the error bars could be astronomically high).
