Welcome!
I have lived with the floor standing Infinitys and a SVS sub which I still own, so I can say with confidence that I believe you would be delighted with the Infinity's all around and a C350(?) as a center. Sorry but I have not heard your other selections.
Check out Home Theater Shack forums.

Thanks for the link, lots of good suggestions. I think that I jumped the gun a little. Before I go into which components to buy I have some more basic questions that I should probably ask.
-If I have a basic receiver(such as the onkyo TX-SR607) and my front speakers have impedence of 6 ohm, do the rest of my components need to be 6, or can I have a mixture of 4,6,8?
- Should my center and front speakers be from the same company/series? If not, can you use any combo?
- I realize that the preamp/amp or receiver is one of the most crucitial parts of the HT set up. I want a system that can use the lossless audio in blu-ray discs via HDMI. Since I'm on a budget I feel that the receiver is the cheapest way to acheive this, but how much would I be giving up in audio performance getting something like the onkyo TX-SR607 or similar lines from sony or yamaha?
Thanks again for any help.
I think the Definitive Technology ProCinema 800 5.1 system would be totally unsatisfying for critical music listening. And while it looks like your budget is around $1200 for a 5.1 system I'd suggest getting main speakers that you really like for music and then look for compatible surrounds, center and subwoofer to complete a home theater system.
With that budget I'd personally strongly consider the offering from PSB combined with one of the excellent SVS subwoofers.
PSB Image T45 mains $540/pair
PSB Image C40 center $237
PSB Image B15 surrounds $257/pair
SVS PB10-NSD $450
Total $1483

There will likely be tradeoffs using a home theater receiver that will do a good job for movies and would be OK for music listening. But the Onkyo TX-SR607 receiver you are considering would be a good one to satisfy a 50/50 proposition. However, I'd consider the Onkyo TX-SR707 for its pre amp outputs so in the future you could add a good power amp for your mains that would improve both your stereo music listening and the home theater experience.
Thank you. I had read some good reviews of the definitive but I felt like they may be lacking musically so I'm glad to hear you say that. I've essentially decided on getting an svs sub since they are praised by so many people. If I hooked that PSB/SVS system you recommended into a $500 receiver, would I be doing it a complete injustice?
As stated above in my edit, the Onkyo TX-SR607 would be entirely adequate for a 50/50 proposition. See if you get some agreement from the HomeTheaterShack, or they might have some other suggestions. But remember when considering what is offered there that you want a system for 50% music listening and 50% home theater. You may encounter some suggestions that are more heavily weighted toward HT.
Thanks. That's a big help.
Jackfish I should know better than to doubt you but those PSB prices looked waaay too low. Not only are they good, I found the T45 mains for a 100 less!
Good job, great recommendation.
rgibron, can you recommend a place to get these speakers at that price?

Of course shipping will add to the total cost which would be $1708 delivered. An outstanding value providing the basis of a really nice system.
Well here is $486 cheaper for the system: http://www.saturdayaudio.com/
I don't know what the shipping would be.
