Aesthetix Cartridge Demag

I bought one of these on ebay, but no manual. Does anyone know how long to run it to demagnetize a cartridge? Thanks for the input.

I believe it is an automatic process.You flip the switch and the thing turns itself off,gradually,after a few seconds
