I do what you are talking about by using an OPPO BDP-105 player to stream the music.
It has built-in Wi-Fi, or you can hardwire a cat5 cable to the OPPO from your internet router.
The analog audio outputs of my OPPO go to my amplifier.
The audio output of the TV can be connected direct to your amplifier, IF you have a TV with an analog audio output.
On the other hand, if the TV has HDMI, you can use the HDMI output connection from the TV to the OPPO for the sound and the amplifier will get it from the OPPO.
Tks for the suggestion,
But still, i'd like not to have 2 separate devices... only one... my TV is already dlna certified, so i was looking at something like hk 3480 reciever, but it would be ideal to have an optical audio for the TV. Ideally I'd like to have a 2 channel home theather without a player... i already have all my cd collection stored on my nas, so i have to find a solution.

Have you looked at the Outlaw 2150 receiver?
That might be a winner.
It has had good reviews, and it has a subwoofer output and bass management.
It also has a USB input for streaming from a server or network.
No analog output from the TV? I prefer that over optical.
There are inexpensive optical to analog converters, in any case.
