best in-ear headphones for under $100

i'm moving into a cube from an office and i'll need headphones now. will someone recommend headphones for under $100 that will be comfortable and sound good. i want the best of both worlds for the money.

i see some beyerdynamic in-ears for $30. those with some foam plugs?

if you shop around, I think you might be able to find them even cheaper? I got them like 3 years ago, but see no need to upgrade or anything. They need to burn in ~100 hrs...

are over the ear phones safer for one's ears or is it *all* about SPL while listening to headphones?

For an expert, medically sound opinion, don't listen to me.
But as far as I know - it does essentially comes down to the loudness (level and duration) and the type of headphone would not really matter.

I chose the AKG K324 and I'm not disappointed. For $66 they are well worth the money.
