Don't forget to audition the Jolida JD 1501A for $675. Great value for a great sounding amp.

I've owned a couple of Creeks and loved them for their great balance of sound quality, price and reliability. NAD is also a good solid brand, which I've owned a few components too. Creek costs more in the States due to import/dollar issues but they still are very competitive and would be my fist choice of your list.
I bought my father a Rotel integrated last Christmas - very good for a SS unit $700US.
My first choice would be the Creek integrated and Epos speakers. I love the British sound! I have a Rega integrated and some Wharfedale speakers. The sound is fantastic. Later i'm planning to upgrade to some Epos speakers.
