A combination of cool jazz and what's today referred to as "space-age bachelor pad music," this Mancini outing features top West Coast musicians including Art Pepper on clarinet (!), Pete Candoli, Shelly Manne, Larry Bunker, and "Johnny" Williams (the John Williams of Star Wars fame) on piano and harpsichord.
