I welcome this kind of remote after having struggled with my Touch's screen as a remote for a few months now, deciding that having real buttons for core functions like start/stop/skip and volume is the best way to go. I'm finding that others feel this way too, noting that using an iPhone or Touch as a remote is a step backward in speed and convenience.
