My local audio/video company wants to sell me some speakers that are dealer bought only, for my home theatre system. For Fronts and Centers TruAudio Tru-Cinema Model TC465 LCR(800$/ea),
Rears R2-8 in ceilings(650$/pair), and Tru Cinema TC-12 Sub-woofer(1500$). Has anyone ever heard of these? Are they any good? Is there something better out there for the price?
as "audiophile grade" wiring device. Nor UL approved. UL listed, they list , they don't approve. And, did UL test and list with the nomenclature "audiophile grade", since there is no such listed products in UL standards, audiophile grade. Words mean something in NEMA and the electrical industry, not on audiophile planet. http://www.musicdirect.com/products/images.php?i=-1&p=66768&h=83820
Since I moved to my new apartment, I was having this feeling that my system is not sounding as good as it used to in my old apartment. I thought that the acoustics in my new place was bad. Yesterday after a long time I plugged in my headphones in my system and I heard some crackling noise through the head phone speakers while pluggin in the headphone. Later I played through my floor standers and wow! it was sounding awsome, as if I had removed my earplugs.
Stephen, a legitimate post seems to have been deleted along with the porn. A new user introduced himself, and both AlexO and I replied. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. Anyway, just thought you'd like to know.
