1) The difference between balanced and unbalanced output and why one might choose one vs. the other.
2) Difference between Voltage Mode and Current Mode and, again, why one might select one vs. the other.

Republicans are geared up to announce their "alternative" budget plan on April Fool's Day! That after announcing their no-budget figures budget plan last week.

If that ain't a joke, I don't know what is.

Last week, JA and I took a trip to Mikey Fremer's place. I write a bit about it here. You might be interested to know that we played around with the Furutech deMag. We only had time to try it with one LP, but, with that one LP, it made a big improvement.

Has anyone ever heard of these? I picked them up at a community garage sale a few years ago. They actually sound alright. I'm going to use them until I upgrade this summer when the money comes around.

Should I hang on to these? or are they trash?
