Hi guys, I can't seem to find any reviews on the JBL L880 studio floorstanders anywhere. Has anyone had any experience with these and how do they compare to say the Aelite Three?

I'm moving to the UK from NYC in a couple of months and I want to know the best way to convert the local UK 220V to 120V. Is there a great power conditioner that will do the job for me? Those crappy little Franzus adaptors don't seem the way to go for various reasons.

Senor Bob Dylan played a gig here at the Aladdin Theater last week, with Merle Haggard as the opening act.

The billing and promotional imagery was much like that of Rolling Thunder tour of 1975, which was a good first sign.

Merle was killer, with a seven piece band behind him - in a loose and happy mood.

We sat right in front of the mixing station, one foot in front of their mixing guy, and the sound was nearly hi-fi.

The system actually imaged! I find that a rare sensation at an amplified arena show.

It seems that people are often going on about what they, or someone else can or cannot hear, and what it caused me to wonder is how good people think they can hear.

This might end up being the same as asking a person to rate their own intelligence...

I just sent uncle sam and his local relative over $8000! I could have bought another 4m pair of Purist Dominus for that!!!

He sure has become my least favorite relative.
