Outside of the universal calculations to determine the port length is there any way to measure what Hz the box is actually tuned? For example, if the calculations determine that the box should be tuned at 34Hz is there anyway to measure that other than just sticking the required length port tube in the cabinet? Is Figure 31 pointing me in the right direction?

Does anyone know what happened to this company? They used to be based out of Lubbock,Texas. I lived there for awile back in the early 90's and had a chance to both listen to and meet the designer,I thought they were a little pricy for my taste.

If you've enjoyed reading interviews with industry pros in the magazine, you've got to buy this DVD just for the interview with George Marino - a really charming guy and a terrific exchange. I wasn't sure where to post this so I thought I'd post it here. Please excuse me if this isn't the appropriate place to post this kind of thread.

Well, the story goes like this: A pipe behind one of the wall of the room in which I keep my vinyls burst badly the other day and soaked some of my vinyls. I've dried them off but there seem to be some residue left on it. I was wondering if I could use normal record care products to wipe it off. Would that damage the record in any way?
