Hey guys first post here, been into this site for reviews for a couple years now but never took advantage of the forums until now. Looking for some suggestions on CDs to really make my system sing. I have a few great ones that really rock the house but looking for something with more electric guitar, real rock you know. Fav album right now is definately Dire Straights Brother in Arms SACD. However since im running my CDs mainly off my Rega Planet im forced to SACD hybrids or Redbook cds.

I recently bought a pair of Snell XA-90ps and I am trying to find the 'perfect' amp for them. Can you guys help me with some suggestions or point me in the right direction? I am currently considering a Bryston 4B SST and a Krell KAV 2250. I know I should listen to different amp but due to my proximity to a decent retailer, I am limited to what I can hear. Thus, I was hoping you could help me narrow my search to just a few amps, so I do not have to drive all over the state to different dealers.

Has anyone heard this amp with AKG K701's? Does the amp have enough output to drive them to decent listening levels? Looks well built. How does it sound?

I'm looking for ways to upgrade my "audio system". It's nothing fancy, and I may offend some of you with what I am doing to the music. However pardon me as I am looking to improve on that.

Hi all, I was wondering if the 6922 has less gain than a 6n2 tube, and are they roughly interchangable? Thanks.
