Has anyone given it a try? And if so what were your thoughts. Did you use 2 identical amps (vertical) or two different amps (horizontal). Did you use an external active crossover & bypass the speakers passive crossover? In the end was it worth the expense & the trouble. Just toying with the idea. I've read many positive comments & a few negatives. Thanks
Dear All,
The Musical Fidelity website currently opens up on a discussion about "hi-fi or music system" with the conclusion leading to an "important product announcement" scheduled for 1st June 2007, which I believe was originally to be announced on 1st May.
Given the nature of the discussion (the need for sufficient power) I assume this new product will be a power or integrated amp. Given the recent additions/revamps of the kW and X series I assume the new product will be from (or replacement of) the A5 or A3.5 series.
Audiokarma would like to extent and invitation to all those in the Midwest and especially in the Detroit, Toledo area to attend the 4th annual Audiokarma Festival held in Southfield Michigan on March 24 and 25.
Come on out and visit with dealers and manufactures such as McIntosh, Marantz, Manley and Blue Circle. Live music will be in the lounge on Sat evening. Tons of free audio related door prizes will be given away. For more information please view the festivals web site http://audiokarma.org/ak2007/
Hello All:
