Don't laugh, its been a long time. I have an ADC 315x equalizer (EQ), a Sony 1000ESD pre-amp, Sony cassette deck and a Numark 950 mixer. I have the mixer going into the amp "line in" and its working. I can't figure out the rest of the connections for the EQ to work. Can anyone help me complete the connections. I have tried several but, the EQ never comes to life.

I'm looking to upgrade my amp(2 ch.Onkyo reciever), and I'm strongly considering the Rotel RB-1080, 200W power amp.; I would probably get the Rotel Pre Amp to go with it.
My question is, would it be foolish to pair this amp, with a $2400 pair of Canton, Karat 707 speakers? They are floorstanding, 3 way, using an 8" passive woofer.
Do these speakers deserve a better quality amp?

if you are on the cutting edge of both audiophile sound and wireless networking, i'd love to hire you to finish a long project i've had to set up a wireless iTunes server (running windows not mac unfortunately) in my house. I'm in Laurel Canyon on the far Hollywood side. I've had help on both the computer side and the audio side, but it would be nice if i could find someone who specialized in both.
