Very recently a previously unreleased concert recording of pianist Youri Egorov was released as a stricktly limited edition. It is recorded live at the Concertgebouw Amsterdam on November 16, 1983. Youri Egorov plays Schumann Arabeske and Kreisleriana and the complete Preludes Book 1 by Debussy. The original analog reel to reel tapes are transferred to digital using 24bit/96khz technology.

Amazon has a number of Youri Egorov CDs available; he was quite a pianist (a life cut short by AIDS...).

I first ran into him when I bought a pre-recorded cassette tape of the Kreisleriana many years ago. I recently got the CD of the same from EMI and a couple of others. Very good stuff.
