Sensitivity (expressed as dB SPL/mW) is the relationship between output and input. In other words, it is supposed to tell you how loud the output will be for a defined amount of input. In this case, I do not see any referenced level of input, so I cannot interpret that number. (There is a spec of 5mW rated power but it is unclear if that is the reference for the sensitivity spec. It might be the maximum input as it is pretty high.)

Nonetheless, sensitivity is not a measure of the limit of how loud it will play. Still, for $5, try it.

I reviewed the Xiaomi MI-IF, and it's sensitive enough for normal phones, iPods, etc. The only real problem I hear of with small ear-canal earphones is when they are *too* sensitive, and noticeable hiss intrudes on the music.

Is Xiaomi a reliable brand? I'm looking for a durable headphone with a reasonable sound quality. I'm starting to create videos for my website (Trusera) and while editing the videos, I noticed that I need a good headphone to identify and remove some noises and ticks in the audio.
