I think that the EL34 is exactly what you want.

They have been used in many excellent amps for over 70 years, and are available from many manufacturers and suppliers, plus there old-stock tubes also.

The others are Chinese, and future suppliers and quality are questionable.

Thanks, i have purchased the amplifier with the EL34 tubes.
