I want to spend $2-300 on a stereo receiver. I've been researching for days on Google and not able to understand the differences. Is AV bad if I mostly plan on listening to music? I like folk Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan etc. I plan to stream music from online. What types of technology should I consider blue tooth,wifi, etc? Even if I I do Hook the TV up I don't plan on buying 5+ speakers anytime soon or ever. I've been looking at entry-level level Sonys, I had one in the early 2ooos that met my needs with my grandfather's old home made speakers from the maybe the 60s, but really don't understand at all what I should get.
