i've had my first hi-fi system for about six months, now and i notice now that i tend to want to turn it up, i think the music somehow sounds "better" or more "full" in a way, especially with bass...
but i was wondering: does this present a danger to my components? particularly my speakers? will they blow out or get worn out quicker?
they don't sound distorted when i turn it up, or crackly or anything bad like that.
i have a cambridge azur 540 integrated amp and EPOS els 3 minimonitors.
