Only one I can think off:
http://www.pathosacoustics.com/cinemax.html
Or get a 5.1 valve preamp:
http://coplandaudio.squarespace.com/cva306/
and then add valve poweramps from whatever brand you want for a complete valve home cinema!
Heck you can even buy an Oppo Bdp 103 player and do a tube mod
Personal opinion? If the listening area is big or you have real full-range speakers go with tubes for the source and preamp part...the actual power leave it to Class AB amps like Krell. These things grab your speakers by the balls! yet u maintain that warm tube sound.
Just my 2c.

I have not seen one lately. You can probably construct one that is mostly tubed by finding a used C-J MET-1 mch preamp (http://www.conradjohnson.com/It_just_sounds_right/met1.html) and a 6 channel power amp (http://www.china-hifi-audio.com/en/meixing-mingda-amplifier-c-17/meixing-mc-5s-5-channels-av-home-theater-power-amplifier-p-714) or an integrated amp (http://www.dared.us/NewSite/multichannel.htm). Of course, the power amps do not have to be 5channel as you can mix/match from various stereo and mono power amps. I have no suggestions for tubed sources or tubed subwoofers.

I will concur on the CJ MET-1, it is a very fine pre-amp.
