I have a McIntosh CR10 SS preamp with remote control (very important to me) and was wondering if I ran the signal from my Primare CD player through a tube preamp first (non remote) then to the McIntosh would I gain the benefit of the "tube sound" or would the signal get to muddy and sound bad?
